This week is Fire Prevention Week. Each year, many lives are saved by having a plan in place with your family so they know what to do in case of a fire. It is also a good time to check the batteries in your smoke detector to make sure they are working. One of the leading causes of fatalities from fire is no working smoke detector in the house.
